Jeez...

-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans

-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.

-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".

-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.

-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100

-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.

-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get

-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.

-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.

-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.
Please make sure that you buy the phone outright, meaning limited colors and storage options.

My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.
You are talking CRAP.....stop telling untruths.

This is ABSOLUTELY wrong

ANY listed phone, ANY carrier.....as long as its in good condition and not icloud locked

Then why is everyone stressing and calling T-Mobile to adjust for $5?
Because T-Mobile doesn't notify the account holder there has been a revised value that needs to be accepted so people are worried that the package was never delivered/lost in the USPS system and the credit doesn't show up on the account until the account holder accepts the revised trade-in value.

Hey guys, I have a question. I've completed a few trade ins for Visa card rebate but the phone I really want is never in stock. I'm thinking about just ordering it and put it on a monthly plan and get via credits over 24 months instead of on one Visa card. My question is, this would be the 5th line I add for this promotion, will cancelling any previous lines that I've received the Visa card rebate for count as cancel a line and render my deal ineligible during that 24 months?

Hey, I got my lines on the 5th of December but I'm unable to create my T-Mobile account, when I call them I'd told we can't create an account for 14days after. Is there a way around it? Would appreciate any inputs.

Hello,
So I was able to get 4 Iphone 11s, and have successfully ported over the numbers. I am getting ready to send off the phones and noticed that 2 of my trade ins that I purchased from Boost have different IMEI numbers than I gave the rep at Costco. I assumed the IMEI on the box from Boost was correct, but when I checked against the IMEI shown in the phone, there is an extra number on the end of IMEI that isn't noted on the shipping label. I assume I should try to get this corrected? Do I call the 1-877-470-3619 T-Mobile promotions department, or how should I proceed? Thanks a bunch for any help you can provide.

Can I send through priority mail??? I have some flat rate boxes at home. Do I need to pay extra for that or the label covers it?
Why would anyone do this?
The label already has postage paid. And has a tracking number.

I'm not sure. I bought 2 Iphone 7's from Boost to trade in for this promotion. I didn't even power the devices on until this morning. On the box the phones were shipped in there is an IMEI/MEID number listed. I simply gave this number to the Costco Cell guy when I was buying the phones. Like I stated, I'm just trying to avoid a problem and at this point I don't know if I really have a problem.

Thanks so much for any input.
