Jeez...

-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans

-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.

-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".

-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.

-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100

-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.

-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get

-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.

-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.

-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.
Please make sure that you buy the phone outright, meaning limited colors and storage options.

My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.
You are talking CRAP.....stop telling untruths.

This is ABSOLUTELY wrong

ANY listed phone, ANY carrier.....as long as its in good condition and not icloud locked

Employee discount match is not for phone...it's for monthly payment of $170 u make to t-mobile.....anyways...if u r really talking about free phone....do u really think apple, Costco, T-Mobile are stupid to give us phone for free....do u know there quarterly profit? Do u think these companies are biggest charities and are giving us Christmas presents? Think....think....nothing is free in this world my friend....

Day 4th with the denial status. They are saying that it is a system error. They are seeing this rebate in progress on their side while we see denial on our side.

How do you do an ACH request with a virtual card please?
ACH deposit takes a fee, what I did was Venmo my wife's account and there was no fee for debit card and she transferred back into my checking

I got denied status yesterday and have not yet called T-Mobile. I have never received any text for any status change from T-Mobile so far. I just have to keep checking my details page from time to time for the status. Submitted the rebate on 12/2
Metropcs iPhone 7 delivered on 12/8
Called CSR on 12/13 for the device credit adjustment to $54
Got device credit on 12/15
Since then until 12/31 the status was received
1/1 status changes to Denied

What are my options now? Should I just wait or call them or do something else

It looks like folks submitted rebate after 12/1 have gotten their rebate.

I submitted mine 11/27, my status is still 'received'. Should i be concerned and call them? Anyone submitted before 12/1 has the status changed or received rebate?

There is no fee for bank transfer.
You can do it from their site - http://promotions.t-mobile.com

Click check status and login with t-mobile id then view your status from reward tracker

If your status is changed from received to sent (within 30 days after submission) then click at redeem card.

this will direct you to the wirecard.com
where you enter your phone number to validate the rebate.

from the dashboard you should see your rebate balance and the icon for transfer fund.

I have not received the rebates: submitted on 12/2 and 11/29 respectively. Received the trade-in statement credits already a while ago.

I submitted mine on 12/2 and received the rebate last night.
I have 2 issues here where I called in to the promo dept to get it's fixed. One of my trade in value was $5 lower than the actual rebate. The other issue was the phone number on the rebate didn't match with the purchase phone. Since I have 4 lines and I asked to get all the rebate status notification in 1 line. The rep said that this mess up their system and they have to manual overwrite them. Hope this help with someone who got denied status.

So when did you fix that error about the number issue? I understand this may be an issue in the system but it shouldn't be since when one is submitting the rebate, it asks for which phone # the rebate is for and then where would you like to receive the text with virtual card. I've done it in the past with no issues, but this specific rebate has been a nightmare, too many issues and no one really know what's going on. Sucks for many.
