Jeez...

-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans

-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.

-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".

-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.

-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100

-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.

-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get

-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.

-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.

-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.
Please make sure that you buy the phone outright, meaning limited colors and storage options.

My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.
You are talking CRAP.....stop telling untruths.

This is ABSOLUTELY wrong

ANY listed phone, ANY carrier.....as long as its in good condition and not icloud locked

We should have waited lol. Looks like mine are still in received as well. All 4 submitted on 11/27. I have a follow up call from a supervisor scheduled for tomorrow. Hopefully she'll be able to override and approve.

I am not able to transfer funds for all my fours lines to the same bank account. I am getting an error "A valid routing number is required" even when the routing number is valid. Transfer is working only once for each bank routing. anyone is having this issue?

Calling rebate center seems useless, IMEI issue was solved before by Twitter Tmobile ONLY. Maybe we should Twitter them again about Nov 27 batch issue.

You may try deleting the bank account details once transfer complete for 1st, and then add again for the 2nd and so on...

Received my virtual card of 629 today. Rebate was submitted on 12/10.
Was easy to ACH transfer. Surprising that they gave me full 700 rebate. (71 credit was already received)

Yeah, chances are we will have trouble even after 8 weeks. One of the rep told me that it is related to IMEI issue but i will get it before Jan 30. I dont think it is going to be smooth...this didnt turning out to be a good deal for me.
I have the same thought on the 1/30 date or 8 weeks waiting time they have been telling me, I don't trust their words, just expect more haggles on this...Mad

I am ok to wait for 8 weeks, or even 10 weeks for the rebate, it's just I might have to pay 3 months phone bill of $210 at least, that sucks big time.

Agree! T-Force and rebate center are hopeless. TMO needs to resolve this issue.

So you can transfer the money to bank account directly?

I got four $700 rebates ($646 + $54 credit) for 2-128GB and 2-647gb I-phone 11 purchases. I traded in Boost mobile iphone 7 for all of them.

We have seen approvals after 12/01. Looks like system glitch delayed approval submitted before 12/01.

Yes I'm in the same situation. Contacted T-Force, then they checked with the Rebate Center and came back said there's nothing wrong with my rebates. Told me to wait 8 weeks for the rebate. Submitted 11/27, right after the IMEI issues temporarily fixed by TMobile.

I traded in the device but never did the step online (on tmo/promotions link). Is there any way to salvage this?
