-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans
-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.
-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".
-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.
-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100
-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.
-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get
-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.
-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.
-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.
My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.

Submitted rebates on Dec6th midnight. Two of them appear as being submitted on Dec 7th.
All four delivered on Dec 9
Received four credits $54 each by Dec 13
Received two virtual rebate cards today, that is, Jan 5, 2020 7:30 pm PST. I got both cards on the main phone number.
Waiting for two more rebate cards.

Another member on $580 thread received four rebates on the main number as well.
Last night I went to the rebate tracker and three of my submissions are now gone. Only one shows up still as received. Has anyone else seen this happen?

Something really got screwed up in their system.
An important note. If you doing the ACH transfer to your bank, it may give an invalid routing number. That's because one cannot apparently have the same account info associated with the four different Virtual prepaid accounts at the same time. So you could either use different accounts, or do it sequentially by removing the account once the ACH transfer is complete. Also, the name of the bank should be spelled correctly, otherwise, it will through the invalid routing number as well.
Others suggested to combine all virtual cards into a single one, then transfer.
