-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans
-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.
-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".
-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.
-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100
-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.
-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get
-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.
-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.
-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.
My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.
This is ABSOLUTELY wrong
ANY listed phone, ANY carrier.....as long as its in good condition and not icloud locked

Unfortunately, My log-in is used for 2 accounts and one account is simple choice, and that's the account that shows up with the rebates and not my eligible plan/account. So I can't check if mine were Approved yet. (no idea how to fix that)
I called the 888 line and it says no rebates found with the phone number and/or address I put
Tmobile promo line: 888-390-6867
Thank you
Here is my Journey on this deal
Bought iPhone 11 White 128GB on 11/29 : $680
Tax : $52.69
Submitted Rebate on 12/2
Traded in iPhone 7 (MetroPCS, Brand New) : $138.45
Device Received by Assurant on 12/8
Device Credit Received on 12/15 : $54
Rebate Denied on 1/1
Called Tmobile on 1/2 , They submitted a new rebate on my behalf
Virtual Card Received on 1/4 : $625.99
The only unfortunate thing for me in this whole deal was that unlike most others, I did not get the full $700 back and got only $679.99 that I paid for iphone 11, 128 GB. I am okay losing $20, because after denial of my rebate on 1/1, at one point, I was concerned about losing the entire money. [ed]
My Total Out of pocket for this deal was
$679.99 (iphone11, 128GB) + $52.69 (Tax) + $138.45 (MetroPCS iphone 7) + $70 (1st Month Bill) + $70 (2nd month bill) - $54 (Device Credit) - $625.99 (Rebate) -$46 (what I would have paid for Ultra Mobile for 2 months) = $285.14
Very good deal I'd say for an iPhone 11, 128GB.
This is normal. you don't get reimbursed for tax, only for the actual price of the phone.
I received $54 credit without any notice, not sure if I need to call or not.

Hopefully both of mine were approved today and we get our rebates tomorrow as someone else mentioned.
