Jeez...

-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans

-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.

-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".

-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.

-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100

-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.

-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get

-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.

-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.

-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.
Please make sure that you buy the phone outright, meaning limited colors and storage options.

My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.
You are talking CRAP.....stop telling untruths.

This is ABSOLUTELY wrong

ANY listed phone, ANY carrier.....as long as its in good condition and not icloud locked

The guy who signed up my new iphone phone didn't sign any new (separated) plan for me. He added to my existing lines. So no Magenta plan or anything. Just a standard $20 add on to my Simple Choice family. I didn't know about these until I signed in to my account today. I already sent my iphone for trade in and I did it on 1/2/2020.

What should I do now?

Got my last rebates for $646 after $54 credits for iPhone 11 64gb, submitted 12/15.

Just experienced first hiccup for this promo. Requested unlock on Saturday afternoon and received email that same night about 5 hours later. This morning after 87 hours it was still locked so called 611 and they had to submit unlock request to Apple again, need to wait another 48 hours.

They just denied 2 more of my gift cards claiming the trade-ins were never received. But they already gave me the statement credit for those trade-ins. I'm so sick of having to fight for every step of this promotion. Why would they give me the trade-in credits, and then deny the rebate cards claiming I never sent the trade-ins? I mean, other than to screw me.

I'm still fighting over a third trade-in that they also say they never received. No statement credit, no rebate card. They straight up said I'm screwed and they don't care because it's not their problem.

A fourth finally went through, but I had to call in and fight for it as well.

I wonder if the people claiming T-Mobile has great service have had to deal with them.

3 devices delivered on 6th but received bill credit for only 1 device till now. Is this normal ? How long does it take for the bill credit to apply?

Unlock process:

I paid two months bill and asked to unlock. 72 hours after the request, I got en email today telling me the unlock process. I just tried an att sim card, the phone is still locked. The email did say I should wait for 48 hours after email to do the unlocking process. So I guess it's normal? (that I can't unlock it yet).
Same issue here. I requested the unlock on Monday for five devices. Got the emails almost instantly. A little over 48 hours later, I tried a Verizon SIM from a work device but at least 2/5 of them are still locked. I'll try getting T-Mobile Help to resubmit the unlock request.

I am curious about this delivery to bill credit timing as well. When I did a similar promo last year, I got the text notification regarding the bill credit just 1 or 2 days after delivery.

Seems like something is going on with your account. I would contact tforce on Twitter/Facebook. People mention they have better experiences there. I have personally done the cost iPhone deals and never really had an issue. I did 5 of the iPhone XR deals last year and 2 of the 11/pro this year. The biggest issue was the imei's not being in their database for the iPhone 11's.
How do you ship the phones out?

Do you include the small piece of paper that has the traded iPhone details?

I paid 2nd bill as soon as it is generated and now requested unlock on 41st day.
Rep on twitter checked and confirmed that both of my phones are eligible for unlok and will receive email in 48 hrs.

Can I return the phone and get full refund if I don't get the rebate? I have submitted on 12/3 and it still shows received.
Why would you return it. They said right up front it would take a bit of time to process.

And if you did return it, you would NOT get your original phone back.

Color me very confused.

I think I am also on the same boat , I got credit for my trade I. phone and now Tforce is saying I traded in an IPhone 6 instead of an IPhone 6s. I already got the credit for the phone, but they say that it was wrongly credited but i can keep the credit but my claim is denied ! I am going and returning the phone back to Costco !
