Jeez...

-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans

-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.

-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".

-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.

-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100

-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.

-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get

-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.

-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.

-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.
Please make sure that you buy the phone outright, meaning limited colors and storage options.

My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.
You are talking CRAP.....stop telling untruths.

This is ABSOLUTELY wrong

ANY listed phone, ANY carrier.....as long as its in good condition and not icloud locked

Do you still have paperwork of the trade in with the imei number? Shouldn't they be able to tell the phone model with the imei number?

Yes all those paper work is correct ? I even shared the Purchase receipt of the iPhone iPhone 6s with Serial # and IMEI number matching the paper work from Costco, yet they say they received an iPhone 6 instead of iPhone 6s. The point is I accepted a lower trade in value on 12/21 and told them if I have received the trade in credit that mean I have satisfied the trade in requirement . Now they I was given a lower trade in because I sent an iPhone 6 instead of an iPhone 6s. But I sent 4 iPhone 6s and accepted lower trade in value for all my 4 phones. I got rebate for 3 of the phones but they are giving me a tough time for the 4th line. 😔😔

T-force or twitter couldn't help? Maybe need a BBB compliant and see if someone will respond.

Yes T-force is useless. They are the ones saying I send an iPhone 6 instead of IPhone 6s. Totally Useless.

For anyone interested I was able to go back to Costco and they exchanged 2 of the iphones I purchased for me with no issues. I paid $629.99 for 4 purple Iphone 11 but was re-reimbursed the full $700. When I went back they told me they only had black ones, they upgraded my lines with the new devices, then returned the old one. The boxes were never opened. I contacted T-Mobile today and they unlocked the devices no questions asked even though they unlocked the first four already. While I was getting the IMEI of the back of the box to unlock the devices, I realized that I was given 2 Iphone 11 PRO but they rang up for $629.99. Just data point for anyone interested.
Wait, so you got an iphone 11 pro for $629.99 at costco? I'm trying to exchange my iphone 11 and upgrade as well. I've already received the rebates of $700 for my iphone 11. What did you end up saying, that you just want to exchange 11 for 11 pro? How much extra did you end up paying?

For the amount of the big rebate, if I was in your shoes I would try at least 3 reps from 611, t-force and Twitter to see if I nice rep would be understanding. If not, then file a BBB complaint and hopefully someone would respond quickly before the Costco 90 day return period. I would only return as last resort close the the 90 day mark.

Another thing is perhaps go to Costco and see what they can do.

11 pro 64gb is $899.99. Sounds like the guy at the cage gave him the wrong model and he got the upgrade for free.

I didnt say anything. I just told them I didnt want the purple iphone 11 anymore, he went to go check with costco to see what they had in inventory. He told me they had 4 black ones and I told him I just needed 2 of them. I went and paid for the 2 iphone 11. When I got home and was requesting unlock codes, I realized that I received 2 iPhone 11 pro instead of regular iPhone 11.

I received the virtual prepaid card. I have also requested for unlocking my mobile device (received email that it will be unlocked in 48 hours). Can i transfer the virtual prepaid card to my bank account and close the t-mobile account once the phone is unlocked? Do they charge-back to my bank account if i cancel?

You can either call or contact T-Force via Twitter or FB.

Once they approve your request, you'll get an email with unlock instructions. Basically, the email will ask you to wait for 48 hours and insert a non T-Mobile sim card and that's about it.
