Edit: Apparently they pack in some extra junk so it can be exclusive. Why can't they just do steel books if they want to make to make them exclusive and collectible?

It's the target exclusive versions, they usually come with a storybook or something.
Major retailers often have their own exclusive version (I personally like the Best Buy exclusive steelbooks)
The 4K versions themselves are not exclusive to target.
That's what I'm curious about too. It seems odd that other retailers such as Target and BestBuy seem to marketing Endgame for Black Friday for about 17-20ish dollars but Wal-Mart says it's 8??
