I am returning my S4 and popping for the S6 had nothing but trouble with errors on my carpet. Hope this works better.

Hope this is better than the S4. It continuously got stuck on my carpet with no obstructions in the room. Bizarre that a robot vacuum can't navigate carpet, but that's the S4 in a nutshell.

Thanks for the post. I'm buying another S5 for downstair. Got the S4 recently and returning it today. Keep giving carpet errors on my low carpet, even with latest firmware and switching out the brush using s5 brush. Don't think I can swallow $450 for the S6

I did the firmware update same issues! heres to hoping the s6 is better. I like the new app better than the S5's so I will bate for the additional $.
