Just a reminder. You don't have to "auto-save" your entire photo gallery as the instructions on the page suggests. The terms stipulate you only need to upload a single photo "for the first time" to qualify.
I'm curious about that too, not gonna trust amazon as much as iCloud over 15$. Gotta protect my nudes and all.

Thanks for the heads up. My account wasn't eligible since I'm already using the app, but my wife's was. I just signed out and signed in as her and uploaded a bunch of photos. We'll see if she gets the credit.

Not eligible. I think my Sprint Galaxy S8+ came with Amazon Photos preinstalled. I don't recall ever opening it / signing in. ♂️
