Have this phone from last Christmas. Has been updated to android 9. Few security patches too. Much better support than the samsung phones I used to use with tracfone. A lot less bloat installed too. Thumbs up Motorola

The 1500 minutes and 1 year of service alone is worth $100.. So you are basically getting the Moto G6 for Free..

As far as common deals go, it's worth more like 80, but this phone is worth more than 20.

Current deal (been available for months) for year of TF service is $40, has less minutes (1200) but more data (3gb), and was mentioned earlier.
Phone isn't bad if you're a TF user, much better than others they sell since is 3/32 rather than their usual 2/16, and it's Android 9 with 1080p screen.

12 months of service means during the following month you can request unlock (it's not automatic).
I had to add an extra month to qualify & keep phone active when I unlocked a previous phone.
