AM: I now have a large dent in the hood of my car and the passenger side headlight is knocked out of place. Pretty minimal considering what could have happened. I was about 30 minutes from home when it happened and my car ran fine and got me back home. Still not something I ever want to go through again. Nono2

Oh and I didn't go look at the deer after I hit it. Not something I think I would want to see. But Im pretty sure it didnt make it. Down

I thought if you hit a deer it was not good for eating (bruised meat or something)?

In some states you can file a claim against the state for damages. It has something to do with the state technically "owning" or having control of the deer population.

For three weeks now my phone has been screwed up, verizon has been here and fixed it three times. I called again last night to get someone out here and explained I have a preemie on a sleep apnea monitor and I need the phone to be working properly in case I need to call emergency services. Their reply? We will send someone out between 8am-6pm tomorrow. I said This will be the 4th time I want some guarantees this will be fixed once and for all I cannot be without a phone! Their reply? Don't you have a cell phone? No, my husband has one for work but I don't personally have one. Their reply? Maybe you can borrow one?

Borrow one? How about fixing my farking phone! Mad Mad Mad

hug I'm having the same issue with Comcast. Is it VOIP? We ended up with a new modem, a new cable line in my back yard and after 3 visits I finally got a supervisor who was able to "adjust something" on their end that made the phone work. Annoyed

Call them back and ask for a service credit for the price of a go phone or something. Farkers.

Nope it's just my regular old home phone line. I just had a call from the nurse who is coming today, I could hardly farking hear her. Ranting I have tons of appt's to schedule and Im sitting here waiting for verizon. Farking bastiges!Mad

Easy solution: Tell them you won't pay until it's fixed. If they don't fix it, tell them you're taking your business elsewhere. Or take it up with the PA Atty. General's office. I'm sure they'd love to find a few more reasons to go after Verizon.

My next step will be filing a complaint with the PUC here. I'm also going to be asking to credit my bill for a months phone service as soon as this is fixed. I no longer have any patience for their BS service. Mad
