Notary and closing
Here is what you can expect or ask for from my experience:
1. New pen for signing wiped thoroughly
2. Pen stays with you after signing
3. Only material they will touch would be your ID
4. ID would be wiped and returned back
5. Can expect gloves to be worn
6. Signing can happen in your front yard or in your garage
7. If you have a Costco table then you can sit on either sides to maintain distancing
8. Masks might be recommended given new guidelines
9. Plus discuss with the notary!!

I closed my refi May 2nd and got my bonus Sunday July 5th. 30 yr. 3.25%. Thinking it could be worth it if I can come out at a net zero cost and drop to a 2.75%.
Thoughts appreciated.

The rate range that better had would not even go below 3% with like 5k in points. It appears that a lot of lenders are getting so many refi requests that they are jacking up their rates to cut back on the number of applications they are getting.
Honestly, I've all but closed the door on trying to get another match at Better. I'm debating on trying to go with the 2.75% rate with no $2500 bonus, but it has a 32 month payback after closing costs. My original loan was at 3.25%

I am in the processing stage with Better so not sure who else will give me an updated Lender Estimate at this point to Match with Better.
AMFedmortgage person Tony Cancelerri also noted that the Loan Cabin LE cant be beat and left it at that 2.75% with $1k in credits.
