ASRock released this card as their "mid-tier" 5700XT lineup, sitting in between the Challenger and Taichi.

The Phantom Gaming D is a fairly new card released in Dec. 2019 so not many reviews are in yet. If looking only at the specs, it's nearly identical in terms of performance to the cheaper dual-fan ASRock Challenger D.

If looking at the form factor, the Phantom has 3 fans but that doesn't necessarily mean better cooling -- that entirely depends on the heatsink/vrm design [pending reviews]. You might be paying a premium for the Phantom over the Challenger mainly for the increased size/form factor/extra fan.
