So you're looking for a game that requires no interaction? You should use Netflix
Don't bother with secret of mana on iOS. They haven't fixed the issue where the game plays in a 1" window in the lower left corner of the screen. They have been aware of it since iOS 13 release and haven't fixed it.
I got FFT and Chrono Trigger with the last deal.
I played FFT for several hours with screen mirroring to my TV, and couldn't handle the touch controls — really hard to play games with screen mirroring, in general, I guess.
Playing on the phone was also tough for different reasons. My hands covered too much of the screen, and it was just too small. And the weird camera angles during battles made things worse.
I played very little Chrono Trigger, as I just couldn't get used to the touch controls.
I really feel like these games don't port well to touch controls.

I really want some of these, especially Chrono Trigger and FFVI but I think both games had a ton of issues when they were launched. I remember always online DRM and input lag being problems... did they update/fix these? Also remember CT looking awful but think they added an option for classic visuals?
I would buy all of these if they allowed you to listen to audio from other apps while playing them without turning off said audio at the start of every battle from what I remember from what I think was the first Final Fantasy..

Darn, I'm disappointed they haven't fixed that. Does it support Bluetooth controllers at least?
Edit: game description says they added it during their most recent update. Their most recent update was in 2014 lol

Don't quote me on this, but if you have a Samsung phone, download the Sound Assistant app to route audio from multiple apps at once. (Eg. Say the game audio runs on your phone and music goes to your bluetooth earpiece.)
