You can get them on Amazon in a 20 pack for around this price. Walmart has a 4 pack for 10$ and the work fine

Link? I've never seen Fein blades anywhere close to that price and am guessing that what you found are cheap counterfeits.

Fein blades are not comparable to Harbor Freight, Walmart etc garbage. If yiu don't know what you're talking about, I it's best to say nothing.
