Looks like Free NAS
Used freenas several years ago. Definitely not a fan. It was so jnstable and fixing problems was total PITA.
Between running Plex and the number of Docker containers to get media to plex, I'd imagine you'd kill that pretty quickly, which means running any additional services (NextCloud, etc) would be slim.
Manufacture looks like they will test ARM version of Plex in a few months to give transcoding info. I'm sure it'll run Plex, but you'll likely have to pre-re-encode depending on your media device (ie: Apple TV vs Xbox vs Firestick).
I doubt the ARM SoC will support heavy re-encoding, which is really only a problem for LiveTV and media being streamed outside of your house. As mentioned above, you can get the media to whatever format you need for in-the-house streaming and you probably don't have the same bandwidth restrictions.
