TN panel and 60Hz for those that are wondering, probably a pass for me
Or if you game in 4k on pc because there literally isnt a 4k panel that does over 60. Some people on this board are so ridiculous.
I've been using this monitor for a couple of years and really like it. I have used it with Radeon and NVIDIA graphics cards with ease. I play a lot of MOBA games but it is decent for FPS games. This is a much better deal than I received when it came out.

There are panels that do 4K over 60fps, just the price tag is quite high, I have been waiting for those prices to drop and even older models are still over $1000 - my target is Asus ROG PG27UQ

I recently went and got that Asus monitor. I hate Asus products but it was on sale at micro center for $1100 (launch msrp was 2500 and I was considering it then. The fact that it wasn't a true 10 bit panel killed it for me) it's a nice monitor for sure. After using the 32" Samsung va panel QLED it's a bit on the small size for me.

If this was the uh850 I'd jump on it, but since it's the TN panel I'm going to pass for using this as a 2nd
Monitor

I can't stomach 1000 plus, my SO would just lose SO's shit if I bring such screen. I need at most like 800ish, until then I will just wait for IPS tech to mature more AOC, Acer get their sh&$ together with build, Samsung and LG.

I also agree. Must go with IPS in that price range and quality

If you are playing mostly FPS games on a console this is basically all your need. Only if this was $200, I would have pulled the trigger. Not a monumental deal 🤷 ♂️

True, I love these comments about refresh rates on 4k, these people have no clue that's the best you get right now for the money.
