Has Anyone Use Docktuck.com? Slickdeal ads are suggesting it...Looks scammy

Heyyy...Basically what the title says. Have you used DockTuck.com? I was browsing and the Slick Deal Ads suggested it - kind of ridiculously low prices. But they take PayPal. What do you think?
