For those who need a service like this, use Privacy(dot)com. It's free and it lets you create virtual credit cards that you can use for stuff like this. You can set specific per-charge limits so they can't charge you more than they're supposed to. You can also set recurring or one time, or a specific length of time for the virtual card to be active. I use it for all of my free trials and stuff. I don't even need to cancel the trails anymore since I set the card to close after a specific date.

I used Visible for one month last year when they were giving out free phones for signing up with them.

Visible's customer service was shockingly poor. There was no way to contact them by phone or email. The only customer service available was by online chat. If they could not resolve your issue in one chat session, you had to contact them again and start completely over with a new representative.

Multiple times the chat representative told me my problem had been escalated and someone would contact me, but I was not contacted in any way, by phone or by email, other than to receive surveys about their customer service. You can guess my responses.

If you deal with Visible, plan on having technical and billing issues, and plan on not being able to resolve them with their customer service.

I didn't look through all the posts to find this so sorry if it's been answered.

Will this work on Xfinity?

Do you have to migrate a number in or can you just accept a new number they assign before you cancel?

Is this deal mainly to stay with Visible or is the jist to cancel immediately and leave with the cheap phone where you can use it elsewhere?

How do you actually cancel the service after your old phone has been accepted?
I had a frustrating experience with Visible last year and when trying to cancel, I found out that I could not delete my credit card info on their website. C/S is the worst I've ever experienced with any company, ever. They don't have any way to speak to the customer, days go by without a reply to emails and their FB page is a joke with typical brush off by telling people to send them a email. I was double billed for the service, they could not delete and reset the correct amount on either their website or the app and their solution was to let the charge go through and they would issue a credit. No thanks. The eye opener for me was that there is a lot more 3G Verizon coverage in use than I realized and with Visible that means no coverage as it's blocked/not available in their system as they are 4G/LTE only. Even with full bars of LTE, my google voice did not work well.

For people who did multiple phone swaps do you use the same physical address and credit card?

I assume the answer is yes but has anyone who received the phone checked to see if the IMEI is compatible with Sprint BYOD? Thanks!

Used a Prepaid Visa with a $30.00 balance for the Moto E6 SWAP. Visible immediately hit the Visa for $20.00. Just got the E6 in the mail and will activate it shortly and then send them my ancient HTC Android Phone. I got a new number from them and will try Visible for a month just to see how limiting having only Verizon's LTE service really is. I have a feeling Verizon's 3G bands are still needed to get good voice coverage in many rural areas but we'll see. Sounds like Verizon will be shutting down their 3G service pretty soon anyway.

Right model. You only get 2gb ram and 16gb storage. It is unlocked. Both Verizon and Xfinity sims worked. Will check AT&T when I get a chance.
do you know whether you can put the visible sim in an unlocked galaxy s8 and keep the moto as backup?

Ordered mine yesterday -- have an old Moto E 2nd gen phone laying around to trade in

Cart showed $12.xx due today when checking out -- after submitting the order my CC was charged $25 for 1st mo service and phone was free (no tax)

Used a cash back website for another $10 back -- $15 for 1mo service and Moto E6 upgrade isn't bad

Didn't want to take a risk with using a $20 referral and end up with billing issues -- would rather just take the regular $15 discount they show in cart to lower the risk

Will use Visible service for 1mo then port to Mint 3mo free promo if I can get that on Sunday
