Amazon Video has Yes Minister, Season 2, for $2.99. IMDB rating for series is 8.6. S2 has 7 episodes, about 30 min. each. Not sure how many will be interested in this, but for me it was a good use of no-rush credits.

Series is a British political sitcom from the 80s. James Hacker is the British Minister for Administrative Affairs. He tries to do something and cut government waste, but he is continually held back by the smart and wily Permanent Secretary of the Department, Sir Humphrey Appleby. Private secretary Bernard Woolley is caught in the middle, between his political master, and his civil service boss.

Most "rubbish" doesn't have an IMDB rating of 8.4. If something isn't your bag just pass it by.

If you watch the show you will notice decades after the fact that all the "problems" people are so passionate about today are the same ones politicians were "solving" decades ago. In essence save your furor, the problems will never be solved, they will be recycled, re named and re purposed so the powers that be can keep their seats and the bureaucrats can ensure nothing gets done. Far from rubbish this is an EXCELLENT show but it's your looking for Realty TV, Soft Porn and Preachy social commentary then this is not for you. If you want to laugh at the absurdity of watching a decades old show "resolve" problems that are still problems to day in an intelligent way then you have hit the mother lode. Storngly recommend Yes! Prime Minister as well. One of the best TV shows made, period
