Bought QL-700 in a similar deal. I ended up going back to laser and paper for eBay labels. This gets occasional use for other labels. Perhaps I'm missing the use case?

Yeah, if you have to go through your desktop anyway...cant you print labels on these through WiFi?

Use this to print paper labels for roasting coffee, labeling boxes, etc. Software is great and can be used with professional printers (think zebra). Spreadsheet integration with automatic qr code generation is typically only built in to professional software.

If all you need are paper labels and dont need to print shipping or plastic labels, this thing is a great bargain
