targeted ads

the targeted ads seem a little much lately of the sd site, understand profitability aspect, but maybe I will be less likely to check when all I see is "fatty liver," when I searched that on google 6 months ago, unless all you slickdealbrs are dealing with that too, fat alcoholics all of you LMAO
