It is actually comparable because i5-10210U is still a 14 NM processor with same UHD 620 Graphics. Due to the matured manufacturing process, it does clocks better and performs like a i7-8565U but nothing spectacularly better for being a 3 year new chip.

Great specs all around, taking into consideration the price!
Personally, I wish it had thunderbolt and maybe even a 2-in-1 mode for the "tablet" mode when needed (even if it was 50 bucks extra!)
Tempting, but will hold out a little bit longer...
For TB3, you have to go down the XPS line as Dell is never going to provide it in their Inspiron series Ultrabooks; even the 7000 series. Now regarding 2-in-1, they have a 13.3" 2-in-1 which costs within $600; so there is that.

The i7 model is sold out, but the i5 model is still available for $569.

That chipset is over 3 years old and doesn't compare to the 10350u, or the 10210u for that matter.
