I think because original post just had a link to Nintendo's sale page, rather than any links or prices to the specific Namco Bandai games in the promo. The top of that sales page shows a sale on select Sonic titles.

DBZ is a fantastic pick up and play fighter for $15. Sure just the base game but probably enough for most
