Looking for Galaxy S9+ or better for $300-$350 total
Need to be unlocked or easy to unlock. I'm gonna give as gift overseas.
Doesn't matter if u have to open a new line as long as it's within budget and unlockable.
I can't find anything other than eBay which I'm not sure of quality when they say new for S9+. ( Who knows it's new it not, it's not sealed).

what's the fuzz all about?
Missing Band 71 for T-Mobile which if you're in an area that supports it is really important because it really boosts the signal and I believe is going to be deployed for 5G as well as 4G LTE.
Missing Band 14, Band 29, and Band 30 for AT&T. I'm not quite sure how important these are, but from what I've read both 29 and 30 are supplementary LTE bands so I imagine they're pretty important. Additionally, 14 seems to be getting 5G? so that might be important as well.
