I was hoping to get the 2020 14" 2 in 1, but man, this price for the 13" is tempting.
Same here. I pulled the trigger.
This is a great laptop IF you are in the market for a very lightweight laptop at 2.1 lbs. If you are not, then there are much better values out there. But this is the lowest price for a touchscreen gram that I know of combined with Costco warranty and return policy, I couldn't resist my first Gram!
This or the XPS 13 that costco has in store for 799?
I presume you mean this: https://www.costco.com/dell-xps-1...13793.html
Which is a good deal also especially with 10th gen intel. But as i said before, if weight is truly a priority, it's a no brainer to go with LG since 2.1 lbs vs 2.7 lbs is a noticeable difference.
Personally, I still prefer to have HDMI out and at least 1 USB-A port. I don't like carrying dongles and you never know when someone hands you a flashdrive to copy something.
Why is this $400 better than Walmart's Motile? It's got a smaller screen, no m.2, and worse integrated graphics than the Ryzen 5. About the same weight.

Motile deal is dead. That was a heckuva deal at $299, but it shows $419 right now. Motile deal probably was better (which is why it had a deal score over 100. This laptop is probably worth two hundred more than the Motile based on name brand (LG v Motile), Costco return policy, touch screen, build quality, Intel i5 slightly faster than Ryzen 2500, and it is slightly thinner and lighter. I admit your point is well taken at $299 for that computer verses $699, but again that is dead. At $419...I guess I'd still probably go with the Motile but it's closer than your comment implies.
That being said I've been eyeing this particular model so I'm in for one, the foregoing be damned!

Just noticed in the description on Costco's page that the SSD is SATA not NVMe.
