Not a fine. The guy who broke quarantine and took his daughter to a school dance was threatened with force to keep him under quarantine. Might be cheaper to lock him up, but where?

Around here cops are doing a sweep and arresting as many druggies as they can. If the shit hits the fan the last thing we all need is these predators praying on people.
