Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Just pulled the trigger with referral code for extra $50, went through $80 cashbacks site, search through Sprint, then clicked the BYOD link, the Sprint.com opened, I typed no credit check in the search area, then click no credit check in the middle of page, it took me to plan and deal page, I clicked the $35 Kickstarter plan, choose Sprint sim card(0$) then input my IMEI, then next page input my name address and date of birth, next page I input my phone# and account number and pin, name email address etc and put all 9s in the SSN field. Then input my credit card number and agree all terms, my total is zero. 10 minutes after submitting my order, I got notification about pending $80 credit from cashbacks site. I will activate the sim card and submit $300 rebate after all set. Hope this help someone. Btw, I Port out my number from h2o wireless. PM me if I can help u. stay up late due to self quarantine. everyone be safe.
Did you have to pre buy the sim card, or does Sprint send you a sim after you placed your order?

Cheers

The only problem with this deal is you'll be stuck with Sprint.
Why? They only require 90 days of service to qualify for the $300 GC, and the $50 referral bonus is supposed to be paid out after 30 days.

Okay:

I just tried and figured it out...

You need to make a new Sprint online login to see your new Sprint account (can't use your old login credentials if you had them in the past).

yeah that's what everyone is doing because supposedly you're porting a number to Sprint (and don't have an Sprint account)

How many lines have you added in one account? If it was 5 then does the telerep confirmed all 5 lines will get $300?

cuz at first i tried to do a credit account so i tick all the requirements. but they needed me to go to a sprint store for id verification since i have a previous account. but stores are closed and Best Buy won't verify so i had to deviate from the original plan and do a non credit check. i forgot why i called, i think my first line activation was frozen or something that it needed a manual push or i don't even know now. am all confused with the development here.

Is anybody able to get cb from Bf with "no credit check" and with unlimited plus plan lines?

or people got cb from bf by doing "no credit check" with only kickstart plan?

the tele, chat, store rep's words are all as good as schmuck. there are a few that are right but basing from most people's experience, a lot of them do not know the details of their promos. they may have a general idea and will say what you want to hear. this is all a gamble for us. we have to keep copies/screenshots of their terms and what we did to join this promo in case S goes crazy. i suspect they won't though. the basic gist of the promo is port in from a non sprint carrier, new line, byod.

child at least has to be over 18 and have some loans....student loan etc...this was on my free year byod. even on a non credit check, i still believe they have to have something (public record) for verification purposes.

Ok so I refer a family member and went through then they registered their phone and got a "Nice! A reward is coming your way..." email. How would I know if Sprint will reward me too becuase I didn't received an email confirmation that my referee signed up. How do WE keep tabs on those rewards. Anyone?

Tax and fees seems to be 3 to 7 depending your location

the wiki for the 1yr free plan is also a good read. It's linked on this thread's wiki at the bottom.
I've read through them both, and see the following options available to me:
  1. Call Retentions to move to Kickstarter plan ($35/month). Once that is done, upgrade current phone to iPhone 11 for $445 ($18.62 per month for 24 months [sprint.com]), though I am not sure if you can upgrade and keep the kickstarter plan
  2. Port number out of Sprint. Get iPhone 11 from Costco [membershipwireless.com] for $380 ($15 per month for 24 months) and create Kickstarter account ($35/month). Not sure if you can do Costco and kickstarter together though
  3. Port number out of Sprint. Do Best Buy's $25 kickstarter deal and iPhone 11 [can I get the iphone 11 for $15 for 24 months and the $25 kickstarter deal from sprint] for $699 [bestbuy.com]
Am I missing potential options here? And will any of these options still allow me to get other Sprint promos (LMCU, $300 prepaid, $80 tcb, etc.)?
