Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.
I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Not sure if adding 3 lines to existing ones will work. good luck.
I did register 1 of the account with LMCU but have held off the others for the moment as I am not sure what to do about that.
It's pretty much risk getting $400 instead of $600 worse case or getting $800 instead of $600 best case for my accounts with 2 lines. If I decide to regiser all of them with LMCU then I would not add anymore lines to these accounts for sure.
What do you mean "go to the store when you sign up"?
it needs to be at least Unlimited Plus, same price as Unlimitic Basic for 5 lines, $100
I would not recommend TCB. Since beginning of this year, they have had issues with tracking fails and then resolving those fails. Previously, they were very reliable.

You just have to enter your phone number from the LMCU Sprint site and then enter all the info....CU account, name etc.
