Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.
I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Can your wife live without her grandfathered number, because you will either have to 1) abandon it, or 2) move it to Google Voice for $20, which will be slightly more complicated for the wife to use.
And yes complicating something for my wife is going to end up biting me in the ass.

I opened an account for myself last week and now want to transfer a couple of my family members to it and am wondering if I can add them under my account or if I should create a separate account for them.

if it has been 2 years since number was with S, i think that "should be Ok".
as pointed out earlier, if u got a new number from tracphoen, for example,
u use on TF for 1 year.
now u port to S for this promotion.
there is no way for u to know if was with Sprint before TF.
anywasys, just my 2c..

1. Can you have 2 no credit check accounts in same household, just different names?
2. Can you have 2 accounts under the same name, one no credit check and the other being a normal credit check account
3. Does anyone know if we can do a combination of buy full price devices and BYOD devices. I would like to do 2 buy full price phones and then the other 3 BYOD devices. If so, how do I go about doing a combo cause when I tried last time, I wasn't able to make it work ( probably was clicking the wrong buttons)

if she was account holder then, an is the account holder now, then i think S may deny...its just too obvious...
but again, i am not sure..
u can..for example..port your number that has been away for 2 years, get a phone number or 2 from att to port over,
then submit for all 2 -5 rebates
once u get rebates, u can port wife number to sprint if u want ...lots of options then..

3. best option might be to do all BYOD 1st, & upgrade later once all lines are setup.
