Don't get it .... So many flaws. I placed order in second week of March . Finally got sim today and wanted 6 hour on call to activate my sim and now they are asking me to go to store in this virus situation
We need more info to help you. What was in your order (just a BYOD line, or with a phone)? Did you order a SIM kit or bought one else where? Which carrier are you porting in from? Do you have the info for that phone number (acct #, PIN, etc)?

I have tried multiple browsers, in different modes and I keep getting the same error:

https://www.sprint.com/content/sp...error.html

Even though I select the no credit check option, it keeps forwarding me to that page.
On saturday I tired the credit check option, after submitting, the page got stuck, I tried again and ever since I keep getting redirected there.

I have tried variations of my name and address with the same result.

Anyone here have any suggestions?
As you can imagine, doing the purchase over the phone will eliminate the BF cashback, it's $625 down the drain for 5 lines.

Rebate requires order date before 4/9
As long as order is placed before 4/9 and activation is not completed, still eligible for 300 rebate?

Are you talking about the monthly service bill or the initial hardware purchase?

My initial hardware purchase was something like 10% (Westchester)
My first monthly (with 'fees' and taxes) total over 30% LOL. Hopefully there are some one time charges, but I doubt it.

I don't know how NY taxes & fees apply to cell phone service & equipment. I bought a pre-owned phone from Sprint and was only charged 9.15% sales tax for my area. See attached screenshot.

Is that around $10-$11 on a $35 Kickstart plan? It's about $10 for someone in LA. Mine comes to $40.87 with taxes & fees. See attachment.

Can someone please answer these. I do not want to make any mistake.

I have a no credit check account with my actual name and correct address on my billing credit card. I did only one line. Now planning to take credit check account with five lines. I will buy sims from ebay. Planning to buy 5 phones from Sprint (may be 2 pixel and 3 tribute).
Please let me know if I can use same name and address but different email and different credit card with same billing address. Would there be any problem?
Also to add 5 lines do I need to provide names and details of 5 different people?
Do I need to do this from a different IP address?
I am planning to use referral, Bfru CB site and then port.
Please let me know if there are any other things that I need to keep in mind.

Thank you in advance!
