Is it a T Mo phone? I think one of the gsm versions won't work in Sprint.
It's Cricket wireless. So AT&T
My other 3 iPhones have no issues.
In fact my iPad with SIM card is working on sprint.

You might not get any rebate based upon what you stated.

Three new numbers from Sprint for sure will not qualify, as porting a number from elsewhere is a requirement of the rebate.

Denial of rebate may also occur on the other two lines, as they were recently Sprint numbers. I think you needed to be away from them for at least a certain number of days to qualify as a true port-in. For the $300 rebate, at least.
Incorrect, the OR clause permits the three 3 new lines if the phones were purchased at full retail price.

More fearmongering... The time away from Sprint is for one to be considered a new customer. My name, address, and CC has not been on a Sprint account for over a year, therefore I am a new customer.

I did mis-speak in my 1st post regarding getting 3 numbers from Sprint. I should have typed AT&T. I got them from Ebay for $4 each.

Yes you can buy phone, but you also need to port a number sorry, you screwed up your order.

Look up the Axxxx model number of the iPhone, then check on Apple website for the bands it has. Won't help but may tell you why Sprint is refusing it.

I said I gave up, but could not help myself. I tried a few more things, including calling the number to ask if they could get the account unflagged, without setting up the account over the phone.

I finally asked a friend if I could use his address. I tried the real name, my brother, with my friends address, and still no go. I used my roommate's name, with my friends address, and made it all the way through, but it requires the billing address to match the account address. I was not going to ask my friend to use his card so cancelled out. I tried my roommate's name, with our address, and it failed, That means that both the name, and address were flagged, maybe email address, and phone numbers too.

I have no idea why I was flagged, when I only have one credit checked account, with one number, when so many have really pushed it? Anyway now I am really done.
Just curious: did you try the same IMEI? I am wondering if they are flagging the IMEIs too...

Thanks, the problem comes once I enter all info at checkout, can't get to the 2nd step (assign numbers or something like that)

I'll try one last time using my cell phone's IP
I've tried using my cell phone's hotspot so that way I can get a new IP on my laptop when I go in to BYOD on the Sprint.com website, and keep running into the credit error page. I wonder what the problem is for us folks... Frown (To be fair in the beginning I did a lot of "test runs" and did not go through checkout. Maybe that's why???)

I got all 12 of mine from GV. I had the 1 yr free plan that I could change numbers up to 3 times to claim more GV numbers.
So, you created 3 accounts 5+5+2 lines each? Please tell if you used different name and address or everything is same except credit check and no credit check. Same IP address? Your credit card with same name for two accounts?
People reporting they were not able to complete the orders so I am trying not to get flagged, so want to cover everything before creating credit check account with 5 lines. Also can you please share referral code. Thank you.

I have an unlocked iPhone 6S but sprint says I cannot use it on their network. It was locked when I did the check and have unlocked it since. But now every time I try to check for use on sprint it says phone cannot be used on sprint.

Anyone experience that issue?
Both US iPhone 6s models are compatible with Sprint. You sure the unlock completed. The iPhone 6 has had issues from ATT when unlocked where the activation policy I'D was set to 10 instead of 2303 multi mode. But usually those passed sprint checker and then would not activate when Sprint said they were activated.
Surprised IPad is working maybe since newer IPads don't have cdma bands that you found work around. Usually the SIM card will become locked and stop working.

Purely speculation. You were flagged based on your IP address. Some of those names and addresses were probably okay, but are now flagged because they tied it to your IP.

That is why I give up after a couple of failed attempts, every time it fails, the new info is tied with the old and eventually everything is flagged!!! Not good.
Not in my ip ; 1st order:My boy name with his CC and our address
2 nd order my nephew name with his CC and his address = failed
Tried his wife name with her CC = failed
Reoder in My girl name and her CC with our address= no problem
3 rd order with my wife name and her CC with our address= no problem.

8 of my 6s from Metro (auto unlock) pass Sprint check and worked with Sprint (SIMOLW506C).
