Before creating my account, I sent Sprint an inquiry about Walgreens. Didn't hear from them immediately. I opened my lines a few days later, and submitted info for $300 rebate.

Later I received a message saying they went ahead and added me to the Walgreens offer. I've not done anything regarding this; I just hope the $300 x 5 rebates are not affected.

If I get nothing out of the Walgreens offer, I will not be disappointed. Rules clearly states offers cannot be combined.
it may still stack, so no worry.

Someone posted they had to use a VPN to get it working. Maybe they black listed your IP for some reason.
It is not the IP address. I was able to get past the error, using a friend's address, but billing had to match address, and did not want to ask him to make the payment.

I have given up, but did the call to see if the information could help others,

Have you tried them? I chatted with sprint and they tell me they would be useless and I ended up ordering multiple. do they all have different ICCD numbers on them?
i did not try, i have 3 extra sim card from the kit and all have different icc id and common sense tells me it will be working but i have not tried.

The pack contains for different SIM types, each of which can only work on specific phone models. Each has a unique ICCID.

If all your phones are same model, then you would need multiple packs, simply because each would only have a single SIM compatible with that model.

However, the other SIMs in a given pack would work on other phone models.

The kit I recived has all different ICCIDs. Nothing on the package or SIMs indicates the SIMs are linked together in any way and would be useless if another is used. Not to mention, Sprint (unlike the GSM carriers) allows re-use of SIMs even after they are deactivated (i.e., a phone number is ported out of Sprint). So though I haven't done it myself, I am inclined to think each SIM is independent and can be used regardless of the other SIMs that came in the same package.

Your inclination is absolutely affirmative!

I activated 2 phones with SIMs in the same kit from amazon without any problem.

yes, once in the sprint.com, type no credit check in the search field, then click the no credit check word(there is no under line but its clickable), this will take you to that area, make sure put in all 9's if there is a field asking SSN

Say wha??

If you need the SIM to place the order, that means you can;t place the order without the SIM.
If one orders the SIM kit from Sprint today (according to what you said one can't place the order for service until the SIM is in hand) and since it's after 1:00 PM if it ships out on Wednesday the 8th ... if SIM delivery is in any way delayed (and people are reporting delays) and doesn't arrive in one day then the Kickstarter order cannot be placed before the 9th deadline.

How to assure the SIM arrives by the 9th and that the Kickstarter order is placed in time to receive the promo?
Quote from ifelseyesno :
no, it's your order date not port date. You will be fine. You have until beginning of May to claim the $300. Amazon probably wont make it since you need the sims to place order or order from sprint during the process.
Can anyone else confirm this?
If one's phone IMEI is all clear and approved, one can order Kickstarter BYOD either today or tomorrow and Sprint will ship out a the correct SIM and it doesn't matter if the SIM kit arrives after April 9th? You will still be eligible for the promo?
Also, do you need to do a separate step to order the SIM kit or is it and automatic/integral part of the Kickstarter order process? Asking for a friend who's unfamiliar with Sprint's way of doing biz.
Thanks!

Yes eligible. Part of order process.
