Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.
I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

you can get iccid in iPhone:
Settings, General, About
android: (at least for my S9)
Settings, About phone, Status, Sim card status
or login to your account and try to change sim, it will display what your iccid is
On a side note, my tracking numbers are consecutive. Anyone with 3 to 5 lines can confirm for data point?

I am not sure if my case falls under this part on the Wiki Community Board:

3. Best practice if the numbers ported-in have not previously been on Sprint ever.
i. Sprint lines from 1yr free BYOD will most likely NOT work, not even with a POPI (port out, port in).
see screen shot below on wording that "previously activated number may be ineligible for the offer"

i confirmed multiple time with sprint, as long as it's over 45 days off sprint then it's fine. I have bunch of chat saved just in case.

I have few Kyocera Kona flip phones too. BYOD accepts the IMEI but needs sim card number. Which I dont have for it (and no way to put a sim card inside). No idea how to find ICCID
I called this # 844-382-3312 and t-mobile picked up, wtf?

1.1, 2 & 3 - BYOD - 3*80 = $240
1.2 - New device - 1*125 = $125 Total $365.
I was able to port out a number that's been suspended for over a month.
