Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

helping a friend. He placed byod order with used amazon sims. the activation page url is: https://www.sprint.com/en/shop/br...ivate:BYOD
when he enters the order number and zip.
message displayed :
"There are no pending orders in our system for this confirmation number and ZIP code."
Are you able to get the issue resolve? If so, would you mind sharing the info? I'm running into the exact issue and I'm not able to login to my new Sprint account from a desktop because it needs to text me a code to the phone, which is not activate successfully yet. Tried to put back the sim from previous carrier, but the service has been disconnected. So now I'm stuck. Sprint customer service is currently close. Will try to call them tomorrow morning. Hopefully, they can help me resolve over the phone without going into the store.

Take a deep breath and try to remain calm. Apr 9 is not activation deadline. You have 10 days from receiving phone to complete activation, enough time to resolve this temporary suspension from Google Voice with the help of clever people on this thread.

In the worst outcome, Sprint 30-day satisfaction guarantee means you can return phones for full refund, and also there would be no charge for service you were never able to use.
Thanks as always. I googled , looks like that may take a while for this to be resolved. Also I only tried one google voice number , there are 4 more to unlock, who knows if the other numbers can be unlocked. Anyway since I already have successful order with Sprint , it 's not big deal if this one fails, you gain some , lose some. Just not feeling good after making so much effort and stuck on some tiny things. I don't think 10 days is enough to sort this out, considering current situation of delayed response due to the virus. So is it a good idea to just refuse delivery when UPS arrives. Thanks again.

After trying online several times to get past the checkout, I finally called customer care.

The rep generated my account number and took all the details but got stuck since I don't have a sim card. He couldn't order it for me.
But with account number, pin and other info, I was able to create my sprint login and able to login. Any one face similar situation ?

Tomorrow is the last day and sim won't make it in time. Do you guys think, I would still be able to redeem this offer or is it too late ?

Rep is going to call me tomorrow to resolve this. But any ideas ?

I just ordered sim separately (without going through the byod promotion), will that order number work ?
Offer qualification date is when you order line/s, not SIM card.
When you place order for new service with rep tomorrow, they can include specific SIM required as part of the order.
Not sure why your rep fumbled in setting you up with a SIM. Wouldn't wait for their call tomorrow.
Call Sprint Sales in daytime when you get the more experienced reps.

Submit Order is grayed out on the final page. Any clue what to do? Anyone experienced or experiencing now?

$125 for each phone+line
$80 for each line
In single order, Sprint will only allow you to order all phone+line or line-only. You cannot mix types.

IRC, someone on thread said they were able to use it on T-mobile right-out-of-the-box. Don't know if that means it was unlocked or not.

Remember reading somewhere that they $125 per line on 5 BYOD order. Not possible?

Just placed an order...

On all the steps and in the final summary and in the email as well - shows $300 promo on all 5 lines. Unlike before where it showed only on 2 lines. YAY!

Not sure if its old news. But wanted to share : )

No. $80 per line, no loopholes. 100% confident about this.
