Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Checked with Credit Union Rewards support and they confirmed this $300 promotion can stack with CU offer.

The Switch to Sprint, Bring your own Phone and get a $300 Prepaid MasterCard (3/13/20 - 4/9/20) is combinable with Sprint Perks for Credit Union Members (Nov 2019-ongoing). A registration is required for this offer. Please contact our Port in Credit Department to check the status and for further assistance at 8444507865.
Hi, I emailed "[email protected]" to ask if LMCU $200 & Sprint $300 byod can both stack and this was their reply:

"Thank you for contacting Sprint. I am happy to assist you with your
questions about Sprint Perks for Credit Union Members.

Your account is currently enrolled in Sprint Perks for Credit Union
Members.

$100 will be deposited in your credit union checking or savings account
for the phone numbers you registered up to 2 lines.

$100 will be deposited in your credit union checking or savings account
annually, starting next year.

To receive these benefits:
• Your Sprint account remains active, current and enrolled in the offer.
• At least one line on your account must be active on the Sprint plan
Unlimited Plus or Unlimited Premium.

Check the status of your registration approval at
www.lovemycreditunion.org/reward-tracker.

This offer cannot be combined with any other Sprint offer.

Also, to provide detail regarding the BYOD program, a voice call would
probably be more effective, you may contact our Customer Care Department
at 888-211-4727. They are open Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM,
Saturday: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM,and Sunday: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM."

That's exactly what I did. Call Sprint Complete twice and they haven't been removed. Frustrated.
Call them again and they will submit escalation ticket this time and it will get removed after few days. I don't know why Sprint does this crap. If you can add it, you should be able to remove it. In this case, only the insurance company can remove it. Not even Sprint. WTF.

My understanding....

Account type --> New or Existing
Account Sub Type --> Credit or No Credit Check
Channel Code ---> Online, Store, Phone (Telesales), Third Party (Like Best Buy).

For the rebate that I submitted in Jan 2020, I did that over the phone. The offer was accepted on the account first. Then contacted the telesales to add the new line. Rebate received about 50 days later. The final status still showed missing channel code as I showed in my previous post from yesterday.

You can remove it yourself, in your account online. Don't need to call. You'll just be frustrated. Welcome to Sprint and it's perks. Play around with your account online and you'll learn how to do everything yourself. You'll be doing yourself a huge favor.

if GK is right about you can cancel on your own, after logging into your online account, go to drop down menu of my account, select change service, pick the phone line that has sprint complete to see if you can navigate from there.

So Right GK. Phone rep transferred me over to port dept abruptly before we could review services on those 5 lines being activated. Luckily she had heard me say switch to Plus, but she also added the "insurance" and forgot the auto pay. Didn't even try calling back. Went online and fixed it myself in 10 minutes.

insurance on phones worth $50. lol

It means.... More money for them. šŸ˜„. For new Sprint customers, take the time to look at your account online and click click click on those drop downs etc etc.... And make sure your account is showing what you signed up for and nothing more. Play with their site and learn how to swap phones etc... If I need sims, I'd order from Amazon or BB or those other stores. I would stay away from S itself unless there is no other alternative. By next month, will be enjoying their service for 3 years. Can't believe that I would choose S compared to others but their service suits my needs. 😊. Good luck everyone!

It probably will take 90 days or more before you'll hear if your rebate claim is approved or denied. By then it's past the May 10th date to submit a rebate claim. By checking now, in some cases (like mine with the Invalid Activation Date), one can try different things to correct the problem and resubmit the claim.
Exactly right. Better to know what is wrong early or as time goes by than knowing it on the 90th day and correct it and pay for another month. But I would assume the worst, we'll be staying with them for 4 months.

"This offer cannot be combined with any other Sprint offer." is referring to other Walgreens/AA/AAA/JOB/MILITARY/BUSINESS sprint perks.
Two ppl already got denial for having no credit check account with unlimited plus plan within 2 or 3 weeks, if yours is still under pending, this is a good sight that you will get it.
If your $300 rebates are only showing the following:
Missing Is Delinquent
Missing Account Sub Type
Missing Account Type
Missing Channel Code
Your $300 rebates are good too. No worries.

I've done it before, so unless they changed their interface to make it harder for people to cancel. Once you click on remove, give it 24 hours then go back online to make sure that it is taken off your account.

If you were able to do it in the past then they definitely have changed that option. I accidentally clicked on one of the notorious Sprint apps and it signed me up with SC two weeks ago. I did exactly what u mentioned. It is under managed services. This is one of the services u can't cancel urself. I called Acct services team...even they couldn't do it. I had to call the number (number pops up when u try to remove the SC service in ur acct)...i had to call them twice and it took about 8 days before the service disappeared from that line.
