Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.
I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

I've had to go through this team before when one of my phones got resku'd to prepaid although it was not my doing. They are friendly and helpful so hopefully something will get done.
No. I emailed them screenshots of the $300 mastercard ad with purchase dates and register dates clearly seen. Shot of my email delivery confirmation which shows purchase dates and delivery dates. Shot of the sprint rebate tracker and shot of the rebateshq tracker.
Definitely curious if yours gets resolved. In same boat. Ordered on 9th , like right after midnight of the 8th and activated on the 10th or 11th when I received sim. Also been called back after submitting to Marci. But same deal, guy called twice and then sent me an email saying he tried to call twice , if my issue is unresolved to call customer care again. Gives up after two tries.

My first bill says its $150 for 5 lines and not $100.
I have screenshots of my order page clearly showing $100, but sprint chat wont listen.
Every Sprint deal is a Waste of time these days
"Your rebate has been entered and is scheduled for final processing."???
All of my rebates with different missing components all say the same thing

If yes, call customer support and ask for supervisor.
If not, email Marci
My 5th line that was ordered on the 8th and activated on the 10th also has invalid activation date but that is expected seeing everyone elses problems with activating after the 9th waiting for shipments to arrive.
