Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Has anyone made changes to their plan? Want to know if it will affect rebates? All lines were changed to Basic Unlimited except for one that was left at Unlimited +. Still getting billed extra $10 for that one U+ line. Not sure if just to leave it alone or have reps start messing around changing lines to U+ again for the same price as Basic to take advantage of the perks for same price but then again don't want it to affect the rebates. Plans are to leave as soon as rebates come through. Thoughts?

If you have been contacted by someone on Marci's team, they should have emailed you and inside that email you will find the contact info you need.

At this point, you'd think someone at Sprint would be fixing these errors before people call in with complaints.

And you actually reached someone that could meaningfully help you? That's their standard customer service number, which just gets transferred to a foreign call center. Or at least that's been my numerous experiences with trying to get this thing figured out

To ppl placed by 4/9/20 and activated within 10 days, email Marci if you have invalid activation date, or is charged $150 for u+

Explain to them about your situation, wait for call from her team and ask for notation on your account and forward your concern to their promo team. After you get promise from them, Wait 10 -12 weeks after rebate registration, if denied for rebate. Email Marci again.

Like Jayson stated, that is their regular support number.

A supervisor is only helpful is can give them an account to compare. Otherwise, it's just a waste of time.

Is anyone able to enable international roaming on 1 line of No credit check account?

When i do that then it automatically gets blocked again. I know they dont allow international roaming for 6 months on no credit chck acct..
Any body know how to get it enabled .. Any trick?
Or anybody knows if it stays for 24 hours or how many hours or updated nightly again once customer care enables it on no credit check acct?

We can ask them to convert to credit check acct but not sure if that will mess up our all rebates on that acct or not..

I took some risk for plan upgrade from KS$25 plan to U+ for all my 3 lines since Walgreens and LMCU are eligible only for U+ or UPremium. Due to call waiting time, I disconnected the call and sent message in Twitter handle. Got a response within 10 minutes and sent DMs. In DM, support person shared Sprint secured messaging URL which was my worst move. That lady was so lazy and she migrated my plan to U+ with future date of 5/12 change but I was not aware. I asked her to activate with current date but she made it as future dated order. Next day I got a mail from LMCU support team saying that my plan is still in KS which is not eligible for reward. As GK mentioned, I sent mail to [email protected] and received response mail within 30 minutes and asked me to share my account# or phone# to look into my account.

Yesterday replied back to that mail and today afternoon I got a call from 888-211-4727 number and he was very supportive and very knowledgeable. I explained my situation and also reg my $300 promo. He moved my plan to Unlimited Premium and now I can see CreditUnion Member Cash Reward on my plan. Also LMCU status moved to below status from 1 U+ or UP account needed status message.

Status: Pending

Credit Union You Selected for Reward Deposit: XXXXXX CU

I asked him about my $300 status. He confirmed me that in his system also it is showing as Pending and it may take some days to update.

Note - Unlimited Basic plan and no CC accounts are not eligible for W and LMCU.

Also he confirmed that plan upgrade won't affect $300 promo. But we can't trust until it is approved.

I emailed her on Thursday afternoon, got a response soon after asking for my phone number, and missed a call yesterday morning. They left a voicemail to call back but their callback number was the stupid regular customer service number, and I didn't get any valuable info.

I'm hoping they try to call again soon.

They will try to call another number which is active on your account. I missed the call and they called in another number on my account immediately.

Do you have a link to check the rebate status of the Walgreens 200 card? On the Walgreens/Sprint perks page it only gives option to verify and register for the card.
