Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.
I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

If you are still worried about non-matching names, calling your CU to add the name of sprint account holder to CU to make it a joint account is better solution, After money received, remove name if you want.
if you contact them regarding mismatching name and sprint doesn't want to honor the LMCU since the account holder must have a LMCU account for this perk they will say: sorry, you don't have a LMCU account by then you can't get it, so adding name is more effective.

Yesterday replied back to that mail and today afternoon I got a call from 888-211-4727 number and he was very supportive and very knowledgeable. I explained my situation and also reg my $300 promo. He moved my plan to Unlimited Premium and now I can see CreditUnion Member Cash Reward on my plan. Also LMCU status moved to below status from 1 U+ or UP account needed status message.

I asked him about my $300 status. He confirmed me that in his system also it is showing as Pending and it may take some days to update.
Note - Unlimited Basic plan and no CC accounts are not eligible for W and LMCU.
Also he confirmed that plan upgrade won't affect $300 promo. But we can't trust until it is approved.

If you LMCU get approved(if it has been pending for more than 2 wks, and no rejection you are going to get this one), you will not get the $10 discount per premium line automatically within 2 billing cycles. unless you emailed Marci to see if they will issue your credit due to misinfo,
Did you hear back from the Job sprint perks regarding your enrollment, you can expect the email similar to the Walgreens/LMCU one that ppl post here. and hopefully you haven't verify your employment with your work email or doing doc submission verification to switch from LMCU to JOB.(that means your job sprint perks request doesn't go through yet until you verify)
Side note: even though sprint claim that ppl will switch to the sprint perk that they submit the registration last, but the registration for other new sprint perks will reject due to already enrolled in one sprint perk, you remain in the sprint perks that you registered first unless you call in to switch,
