Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

I don't know how much people value the T-mo Tuesdays perks, but starting next Tuesday Sprint customers will be eligible. Info at the link below, under "Got Questions?".

24 hours after this post, RHQ and Sprint tracker removed both errors and processed my rebate. I should be receiving them soon (within 7 business days according to the Sprint website).

For everyone receiving the invalid sales location error after your 90th day (whether you called Sprint promo dept or not), I would say give it another 24-48 hours and the status might clear. It might be an intermediate step before approval.

Here is the progression of my status on Sprint's website: Pending -> Invalid -> In Progress

Here is the progression of my status on RHQ: Scheduled for final processing -> invalid -> valid
I received a bunch of error messages along the way (missing is delinquent, invalid activation date, invalid sales location). After I called, the error messages were gone in 72 hours. 24 hours after it was cleared on RHQ, I received both invalid sales location AND out of activation period. 18 hours after the messages reappeared, the rebate was valid and in process, as the Sprint rep said they would be.

I only spoke to Sprint rep once on 06/12. So my advice is to just wait it out a little bit after the invalid sales location and the automated emails with the tracking number. It might just be an intermediate step
Oh where were you earlier Smilie

I could've waited if you would have posted this earlier Stick Out Tongue

6 days ago i was removedd speedbump message and was told will get vgc in 5 business days..
But today morning all changed to invalid sales channel and 90days completed yesterday..
So i called and the rep told me wait 5 business days more and 24 to 48hours for status change..
So what do u say now

My line 1 was activated on 3/13, submitted 3/15, denied on 6/13. Two of the 4 reps I talked to which told me they would escalate the claim both gave July 1st as the target date to receive the $300 card. July 1st is the 13th business day from 6/13, when the final decision was made. I won't be sitting still waiting for the card to come on July 1st. I'll keep calling every other day until I see a status change. The card will NOT be sent until the status is changed from Invalid/Denied to Valid.
If you have a valid grievance and you have stuff to back you up, which it seems you do, I would think it's best to hit them up on social media aka Twitter.

So you called on 6/13 and no status change since? I am going to give them until Monday for 48 hours before calling back then. I'll give them the weekend/non business days off. I really hope this won't be a headache, hopefully what the agent said is true and has been resolved...

Activated line and submitted on 3/20. Received denial today 6/18. Called 6/18, agent said it will be resolved and to expect the 2 $300 Mastercards within 13 business days.

I was here and I've posted all these things before Smilie this is just to summarize everything in one post.

I would wait 24-48 hours like the rep said and see if the status changes

Me too, but worst come to worst that would be a good avenue to get them shamed and for them to take action.

The rep I talked to yesterday afternoon also said to expect an email with a new tracking number. So far, nothing yet. I just checked on Sprint web site using the old tracking and then my phone number, still shows Invalid.
I just called and spoke to a rep and he said even though it says Denied due to area, rest assured I should be seeing my cards by July 2. Im skeptical........

yes, the automated message that were copies of the original submission.

When I checked the sprint tracker, that's when I found it mine was denied due to invalid store.
