Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Just to confirm: so you asked for a $900 MO, and the system prompted you to keep inserting the cards until the full balance is paid (that is, 3 cards of $300), with no action from the cashier? But then how did you pay the fee, did you use a 4th card?
That's how I did it at my Dillons store. I told the clerk at the C.S. counter the amount of the money and she added 88 cents to the total. Then I started swiping each GC and entered its PIN, until the balance due went to 88 cents. I used a $50 GC that had a few bucks left to pay the fee.

I think they had a limited budget allocated before the merger... Tmobile took over after this deal was almost towards end ...Merger happened on 1apr..deal ended 9apr.. Deal started around 13mar... So sprint might be using pre-merger budget..

But i still did not rule out possibility of bf doing any cheating now
my April 8th order got reversed by BF but my order April 9th got payable today, correct amount.

Very confused. what's going on with orders on April 8th?????

Yes that is correct. Paid .88 cents with a dollar. Just make sure you hit the Cancel button as soon as it appears on the touchscreen immediately after swiping card, put pin and repeat with the next card.

For people who opted for virtual cards? How can we convert into cash?

Virtual Card --> Buy money order --> Deposit?
Any success stories?

I got 5 emails today from Sprint about "Your Promotion Information." Same tracking numbers as before, same everything inside the email. My status on rebateshq and sprint promo website is denied/invalid. I wonder if these rebates were resubmitted and will change to approved/valid tmw.

When I logged into their system to try to do this (via chat), the rep told me prepaid debit cards not linked to a bank account could not be used. I am not sure if that is true, so I ended chat and will try again, this time not mentioning that they are prepaid.
Thanks for the reply. Keep us posted!

That's what happened to a majority of us before the rebates were approved, a duplicate email of the initial rebate submission. You are in good shape.

I'm still salty about BF. I don't think we'll get anything. My BBB complaint just received the same cookie cutter response "In April of 2020...."

thanks guys, I'll hold off on calling for a day or two.

I doubt we get anything from BF either. But I will never stop asking them for it. At some point I will tell them that I'm going on all social media platforms to complain about them until I get my money.

Thankyou guys for guidance.
Now GC came , thinking to get best buy $25 KS plan for one line and move all others to h2o for die (or else someone can suggest any idea to keep them alive with low cost).
I am thinking to Port out one line from Sprint to xfinity and join back on same day or next day to sprint with BB $25. Did any one tried this??
I called sprint port in dept and they confirmed that I can come back to sprint even if line is ported recently. But called sprint store and they said account may be marked fraud if we add recently ported line back to sprint.
Did anyone tried this successfully ?

I've never ported out of Tracfone. Based on what xfinity says "TracFone. Your account number is the MEID or IMEI serial number on your phone, or the last 15 digits of your BYOP SIM card".

To activate a Tracfone BYOD SIM:
1. Log into your TF account, use ADD DEVICE to add the SIM to your account. This step is optional, but it'll make it easier to manage the SIM, check balance, etc.
2. Click on ACTIVATE on the SIM that you want to activate, select Keep My Number (if you're porting in), provide port-in phone number and acct #, PIN of previous carrier.
3. Once the port-in is completed (log into TF account and check status/messages later if it's not done immediately), put the SIM into your BYOD phone and make test calls/texts, set APN, etc.

Option to create an account comes in later stages of activation, and it is optional, i.e. you can activate a sim without creating an account. Select "byod", "have my own sim", "keep my number", and iirc it will give you that option to create an account.

I saw you were asking for TF account number for port out. For TMo and AT&T sim cards, that would be last 15 digits of the ICCID (underlined part). For Verizon sim, IMEI gets involved. It's easy to convert between the networks within TF, so I would transfer Verizon line to TMo or AT&T before porting out. PIN can be set up through the account, it's the same PIN for all you numbers in that account.
Tracfone update.

I started with creating account. I selected BYOD, have a SIM kit, etc.

Filled out information for porting, etc.

Ran into issue with account creation. So I skipped it.

Finished the activation of the SIM. Porting was fast. Don't know the exact time since Sprint phone was off. I called tracfone to confirm the porting status immediately and they said it was complete. I inserted the SIM and everything worked...data/voice/text.

I tried to create account again. This time i selected i have active service.

It still kept giving the error. It doesn't tell me what the error is.

This is what I am thinking.

I bought multiple SIMs from tracfone.

Order A, Email A, SIMA

Order B, Email B, SIMB

I used SIMA and assigned the number that was in OrderB. I was using Email A to setup account with number associated with SIMA that is active.

Could the above cause an issue? Should i use an email that was not used with any order? Thx

My speedbump and missing is delinquent are gone today replace with "Your rebate is valid and is scheduled for final processing".
I activated my line on 4/9, submitted rebate on 4/10 and not need to call for help with the speedbump. FYI.
