Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Thanks. So it seems u must activate one sim to create an acct. It won't just let you create an acct and add a sim later for activation. That's how I read your post. Thx again.
Yes, seem to work that way. Once you have an account with one line, it's easy to add more lines or remove them from your account.

Thx. I wasn't ready with all the info. I just wanted to create an acct, but it was a no go. I will try one SIM activation, create acct, and then go from there.

Thank you and Mr Pham

They just send you a redemption code -- you can select it on redemption website

Someone mentioned in AT&T thread like hpham is another comintel for recent deals. That's is 💯% true. Because of his guidance on MO, first time I handled MO and successfully deposited in my account.

I'm not expecting anything at all, but I just filed a complaint with the BBB about BF not paying out and blaming Sprint.

Again, that would be fine for an explanation but others with similar order dates got paid out successfully and I didn't do anything differently. Perhaps my amount $625 was too much and they wanted to keep the commission while paying out the lesser amounts 😢

There are other reviews on BBB similar to our case and it seems they didn't get cashback if retailer didnt pay

You can try to call regular customer care and ask to speak to billing department and ask to speak to a billing department supervisor, explaining your situation to the supervisor if she/he can adjust your bill.... refer back to your chat history and insist you can't pay the bill, and if the rep told your the correct info you would avoid the international calling minutes charges and simply opt in the $15 International Connect,
Ask them to adjust your bill accordingly. Otherwise a you will file a FCC complain FCC=Federal Communications Commission

Must speak to a supervisor or someone who has the authority to adjust bill for >$8000

GL
I called Sprint customer care several times, everytime same response, yes the bill is very high and we cannot adjust this much so escalating this issue to corporate.

How to file FCC complain? Is it through email or online form?
Please help me.
How about complaining at BBB site?

What's the best way to use up the prepaid physical card balance? Neither Chase or Discover credit card accepts prepaid card as a payment method.

I'm not expecting anything. I just did it because it's not right for BF or Sprint not to pay
