Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

I have the same problem even though I called in many times to get this fixed.

I ordered the day before the promo ended, activated 2 days later.
I ordered on 9th and activated on 13th or 14th. The only doubt i have is that i did not turn on the phones at all.

super dumb question. how to use these Mastercards? what's the expiration date and it is truly $300?
If you have received the physical cards, the exp date is on the card, and the card value is printed on the sheet that comes with the card. Ways to use these cards had been discussed many many times.

You can do this if your sprint account is credit check account, port 4/5 lines out, open a new line at BB KS, when it is active, finally port out your main line and port it back to replace the BB KS number. (I believe someone did this route successfully, sprint doesn't care about what number your port in)

If your current one is no credit check, port out 5 lines to close the account, simply open a new account with new line at BB, port back your main line to replace it)

Could the above cause an issue? Should i use an email that was not used with any order?
The last time I created a TF account was in 2001. Didn't have any problems.

Try contacting TF using Chat, so you don't have to put up with the rep's accent. Go to TF web site, click on HELP-->Contact Us-->Online Chat. If you don't see the red Click To Chat Now button, turn off any ad/pop-up blocker, or try another browser. Ask the rep to create an account for you. If they pick a PIN, ask them what it is (usually the last 4 digits of phone number) so you can change it.

Over on Howard Forums (TF board) and in this thread on Slickdeals https://slickdeals.net/f/14167199-tracfone-sim-30-days-of-service-500-minutes-text-mb-of-data-on-at-... many people who used a discount code to get $15 OFF had their orders shipped then recalled by TF. TF made FedEx return all the shipments to them (one FedEx driver even attempted to retrieve a shipment that was already delivered). TF claimed the code was posted on Slickdeals and abused by SDers. I was worried that TF might void the SIMs that we had ordered. But most of our orders were placed and delivered before 7/1 when the code was posted and the stampede began. So our SIMs are good for use.

Is buying a device required for BB KS? $30 activation fee can't be waived. How do you replacing a number? Thanks.

I did not turn on/insert/even have 2 of my phones (former sprint phones that I had the IMEI's on but are somewhere in the garage).
Ordered and activated on 04/09 and got all 5 updated this morning to "valid" and "10 days" messages

my lines were activated at signup with a rep though. They don't check for usage, just that it was activated and stayed that way.

Wasn't sweating it that much. my 5th line on BYOD free year was a phone that I signed up with, never opened, and returned to store. That phone stayed on my account for half a year until I replaced it with another phone.

Depending on the sales associate, some some will let you BYOD. I don't think bb will waive your the activation fee but you can try ask sprint to waive it for you...call sprint porting department to do a port in to replace the phone number

I believe the Virtual GCs are screwed for online access. I think someone mentioned that balance can be checked via phone#, which I dont have.
Anyone have any luck with the virtual cards? Need to set a PIN.

I didn't see a PIN option when I had a virtual card from BF. I called he virtual gift card # and they reset my transaction and I ordered a physical card. Now when I login I see the option for a PIN, but I didn't see the PIN option on the virtual card.

Ran into issue with account creation. Should i use an email that was not used with any order? Thx
Never ran into problem like this, have a couple of accounts. If you have another TF sim card with $15 plan that you need to use/activate for porting, perhaps that one would work better. If second sim activation+account creation works, first line can be added to that account.

Another potential solution: if you have any TF sim, new or deactivated, without a plan attached to it, you can activate that sim and transfer your TF line with all balances to that sim card. People who did TF's Amazon or eBay $25 eGC promo received 3-in-one sim kits, and used just one of them to get that eGC. So remaining 2 sim cards can be used to swap sim cards for existing active lines/numbers and create an account in the process. For this purpose, TF's deactivated sim cards can also be re-used, even gsm sim cards.

Email addresses were never an issue for me, but I am not sure about current situation due to what Mr. Pham mentioned. Perhaps TF is trying to make it harder for people like SDers to use those sim cards.
