Now this is $35.99 and with $3 no-rush shipping, brings it to $32.99.
Plus, both Anker and Amazon have good customer service, so if you don't like it, return it.
I tried the LC90 2-cell and hated it and returned it.

It goes on sale fairly frequently so actually any price under $30 for the LC90 is well worth it.

Heck I love my LC90. I have maglites and super expensive headlamps, but I always seem to grab the LC90 doing daily stuff out of how small it is, how powerful it is, and the sheer convenience of recharge for $20.

My 2nd rule is that if the same light is offered under several brand names, then skip it.
My 3rd rule is to look for lights that are "shipped from and sold by Amazon". There may be some exceptions (like this one sold by a known company), but this tends to weed out the cheap low quality options from cheap low quality fly-by-night chinese companies.
