I agree that I don't think we're gonna really see any deals on TP for awhile. However my mom and aunt have been texting me asking if I can find any for my grandma, she's about out and no one can find any for her anywhere, so I was happy to find some in stock so I could help.

Why are people stock piling TP? It's not like the world is going to cease. I'm sure the people at Charmin are considered essential.

You need enough food to last the crisis and enough TP to wipe up after excreting the food.

And there are probably a LOT of people that only stock up on TP occasionally and were "caught with their pants down" so to speak a few weeks ago.

And where is Charmin made? Mississippi Governor TateR has deemed almost every business in the state essential. So they may be exempt.

This...and people don't want to keep going out and risking infection, so when they do venture out they buy bulk.

And if the factory workers get all sick and end up at home or in the hospital, then who is going to make it?

Charmin (along with Bounty, Puffs, Pampers, Always) is made by Procter & Gamble at several factories in the U.S., and all of those have remained in operation. Probably the same with other essential paper product makers. So the run on TP should eventually run its course.

Most of my local stores have this restocked now but they are limiting one per cart.

Found it at my local Walmart and saw it at Costco as well. I have more than enough to last my house 3 months so not gonna hoard. Plenty of bottled water as well. However, still no hand wipes or sanitizers OR ekking pasta !!

3 months supply isn't hoarding?? I know people with 3 days supply and they are constantly looking and can't find any.

Alternatively, bidets will save a ton of toilet paper and save hundreds of dollars on tp, they'll pay for themselves. However, they would be useless if shft and water and power are turned off.
