And for every one of these there are 10 where LG did the warranty work, because the actual warranty does not say it must be purchased from a specific place. Dudes story def leaves out the details, can almost guarantee they f'ed it up somehow. Also, who doesn't keep the box during the return period on a brand new $1500+ item?
