This seat really isn't designed to be your all day WFH chair.
Only adjustments are
Tilt Angle; Seat Height; Tilt Lock; Tilt Tension
might be adequate for some people for prolonged use, but generally this is probably a more light/occasional use rated chair.
probably miles better than whatever folding chair you're using now :p but if you are sitting there 8 hours invest a little more

I saw that before I asked, but I just assume that it can't be right. Height minimum of 3 feet floor to seat... seems way too high.

Answer:The chair is adjustable so if it is lowered, the top of the armrest on my chair is about 24.5"
