Thanks, briefly came back in stock and I grabbed the last one. I never really trusted this seller based on previous posts, but at this price I had to take a chance.

Bought the LP5 three times from the sellers actual website.

The first time i bought the laptop, it was stated Brand New condition. However, the next day i saw the Grade A condition in stock so I called customer service and asked them if my order would be cancelled if ordered the refurbished one, and they told me no. The reason I suspected this is because they also advertise similar products on their ebay site, and they have low in stock quantities. So customer service let me cancel this order so I could get the refurb at a much lower price.

The second time I bought the laptop, it took two days and 8 hours for them to email me back saying that the item didnt meet quality assurance and had to cancel my order. Which is weird because they labeled it GRADE A, so they advertised the product they were selling as Grade A but it wasnt Grade A because it didnt meet their specs. They also said in the email they didnt have a suitable replacement so thats why the order had to be cancelled. I

However, within 12 hours of that cancellation email, I looked on their website and found the same LP5 Grade A in stock again. So, I asked customer service if it would generate on ebays website so I could take advantage of an extra 5% off. The customer service agent said it was only on their website and wasnt going on the ebay store so i reordered the item. Later, that day i check the ebay site and it says three were bought that day and called customer service to price match their ebay site and they told me they couldnt do that.

So, 2 days and about 8 hours later around the same exact time they cancelled my order the last time., My order gets cancelled again for the same exact reason. I spent over a week trying to get a laptop from them, and they lost my trust completely.
