I purchased this at my Costco on Saturday. Asked on Friday about the Switch, and they said they were supposed to get 15 in that day, but the shipment hadn't arrived, so just call back on Saturday and Monday to see if it was in. Called on Saturday and they said they had it.

FWIW, they are supposed to go in Electronics next to the XBoxs etc, but my store hadn't put them out and I got the impression they weren't going to bother. I just asked an associate in electronics for it, and she got me a voucher to hand to the cashier at the front when I checked out. Very easy, very friendly.

And you definitely do not need an item number to call the store. It was the only Switch product they had, and just saying Nintendo Switch was enough for them to look it up in their system.

How can they not anticipate the demands for it? They knew the game was going to be their flagship game. I want one too but I don't want to wait for forever for it to be in stock so I went with whatever I can grab before it goes out of stocks in minutes
